Super Plastronics Pvt Ltd, the brand licensor of Kodak TV in India is planning to set up a new manufacturing facility in Hapur in Uttar Pradesh. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 500 crore. The new manufacturing facility will have two fully automated production line with artificial intelligence. The plant will also have facility to develop other android products.
The phase I of the project will go operational by 2021.
